POLRES Pekalongan sudah menetapkan tersangka dalam kasus putusnya alat vital seorang bocah saat dikhitan.
Adalah sang mantri bernama Bardi (70), dijerat menggunakan pasal malapraktik yang berujung pada putusnya kepala kemaluan seorang bocah bernama inisial MI (9) warga Dusun Kubang Desa Logandeng Kecamatan Karangdadap Kabupaten Pekalongan terputus, Senin (10/9/2018).
Tersangka bernama Bardi (70) pensiunan PNS atau ASN di Puskesmas yang ada di Kabupaten Pekalongan.
Bardi dinyatakan lalai dan merugikan pasien sehingga pihak berwajib menjerat mantri tersebut dengan pasal 360 KHUP dengan hukuman maksimal lima tahun kurungan.
Kapolres Pekalongan AKBP Wawan Kurniawan menerangkan Bardi tidak mempunyai Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) kedokteran.
"Kejadian di rumah korban pada 30 Agustus, karena saat proses khitan ujang kemaluan korban terpotong sekitar 2 sentimeter pihak keluarga melaporkan ke Polres Pekalongan 5 September lalu," jelasnya.
Selain tak mempunyai STR, Badri juga tidak mempunyai surat ijin praktek perawat sehingga Polres menyatakan kegiatan mantri tersebut ilegal.
"Memang tersangka sudah membuka praktek khitan dari tahun 1973 dan ratusan anak sudah dikhitan oleh tersangka. Namun karena kelalaian tersangka merugikan pihak lain," katanya.
AKBP Wawan menambahkan, Badri hanya lulusan SMP dan pernah bekerja di Puskesmas Doro hingga masa pensiun tahun 2003.
"Di Puskesmas Doro, Badri merupakan perawat tingkat SMP. Usai pensiun Badri kerap menerima panggilan untuk melakukan khitan di daerahnya, kami menghimbau kepada masyarakat yang akan melaksanakan khitan untuk melakukan proses tersebut ke spesialis atau rumah sakit agar tidak merugikan pasien lagi," timpalnya.

KBP Wawan menerangkan, peristiwa tersebut berawal saat pihak keluarga memanggil petugas khitan ke rumah untuk melaksanakan khitanan bagi MI, Kamis (30/8).
"Pihak keluarga memanggil petugas khitan, berinisial BR (68) yang merupakan pensiunan mantri kesehatan, warga Kecamatan Doro, Pekalongan. Pelaksanaan khitanan dilakukan di rumah korban sekitar pukul 18.30 WIB. B menggunakan alat khitan modern berupa alat potong laser untuk mengkhitan MI," terangnya.
Wawan mengatakan, saat pelaksanaan khitan MI berteriak keras kesakitan karena ujung alat vitalnya ikut terpotong.
"Pihak keluarga langsung membawa MI ke rumah sakit untuk mengatasi pendarahan. Hingga saat ini, MI masih dalam perawatan intensif di Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan," katanya.
Petugas khitan yang dipanggil oleh keluarga ternyata merupakan seorang mantri suntik, bukanlah seorang dokter.
Kasubag Humas Polres Pekalongan Iptu Akrom menurutkan kronologi kejadian memilukan tersebut.
"Awal mulanya, sang mantri meminta untuk berbaring di atas ranjang yang berada di dalam kamar dengan mengenakan sarung, kemudian ia menyiapkan alat khitan modern berupa laser yang dibawanya. Setelah alat dipersiapkan sang mantri memulai proses khitan," katanya.
Pada saat mantri memulai proses khitan, pasiennya menangis dan kemudian dirangkul oleh pihak keluarga.
Kemudian pihak keluarga memberitahu kepada mantri bahwa MI masih merasa kesakitan, namun sang mantri hanya diam dan meneruskan proses khitan tersebut.
"Setelah proses khitan, pihak keluarga curiga jika ujung alat vital MI ikut terpotong, karena MI terus mengerang kesakitan. Pihak keluarga yang menemani MI menemukan potongan tersebut di atas tas milik mantri. Atas kejadian tersebut korban langsung dibawa ke RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan untuk dirawat lebih lanjut," katanya.

Keluarga korban dugaan malapraktek kini mengungsikan korban ke Desa Jrebeng kembang mengingat kondisi psikologis dari MI (9) yang alat vitalnya terpotong saat proses khitan.
Dikatakan Kusnoto Kepala Desa Logandeng Kecamatan Karangdadap saat dikonfirmasi, keluarga korban sangat marah terhadap mantri yang melakukan khitan.
"Hingga kini sang ayah masih emosi kalau mendengar cerita tentang mantri tersebut. Karena rumah MI didatangi banyak orang, sekarang ia diungsikan ke rumah neneknya di desa sebelah yaitu Jrebeng kembang," ujarnya, Kamis (6/9).
Ia menuturkan, usai kejadian MI dirawat di RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan, dan kondisinya berangsur-angsur membaik.
"Kini sudah tidak rawat inap namun rawat jalan. Jadi dari rumah neneknya ia dibawa ke RSI dan kembali pulang," jelasnya.
Terkait laporan yang disampaikan Kustono ke pihak Polres Pekalongan, diakuinya merupakan inisiatif dari pihak desa.
"Memang saya yang melaporkan ke Polres Pekalongan, karena melihat kondisi MI dan keluarga. Namun sebelum melapor saya minta persetujuan dari pihak keluarga," imbuhnya.
Pihaknya berharap, MI mendapat keadilan karena telah mengalami kejadian buruk yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan mantri.
"Pihak keluarga meminta agar anaknya mendapat keadilan, atau tanggung jawab penuh dari pelaku. Mantri itu memang pernah melakukan khitan sebanyak 2 kali di desa kami, namun, tidak pernah terjadi kejadian seburuk ini. Dan kami masih meragukan sebenarnya dia benar-benar profesional atau tidak," timpalnya.
